Operator and contact
AIL WORKS (AILWORKS), an independent developer, operates these apps and ailworks.com. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, email ailworks.center@gmail.com. Include the app name and enough information to identify your request; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Microphone and measurement
Microphone access is requested when you press Start. PCM audio is processed in a reusable memory buffer to calculate relative digital levels in dBFS. No audio recording is saved or transmitted. Stop, leaving the measurement screen or leaving the app releases the microphone. Current session statistics and up to 300 graph levels are held in memory and disappear when the app process closes.
Local preferences and permissions
Theme, interface language and first-run guide acknowledgement are stored in app-private preferences. Clear app data or uninstall to delete them. This build has microphone permission and no internet, storage or foreground-service permission. It contains no ads, accounts, analytics or in-app payment SDK. AndroidX includes an app-private signature-level receiver permission, not a user-granted runtime permission.
Optional external links
Settings offers optional PayPal support, ailworks.com and email links. Selecting one opens a separate browser or email app; the app does not include audio or measurement values in these links. External services receive their own connection information and apply their own privacy policies. If no compatible app is installed, the selected address is copied to the clipboard so you can use it manually.
When you contact us
When you email us, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems and handle your requests. Resolved inquiries are deleted within one year after completion. Records needed for a legal obligation or dispute are kept separately until that reason ends. Email is handled through Gmail (Google); its infrastructure may process data outside your country.
External links and optional support
Website, email, publisher and PayPal links open another service only when selected. Those services receive connection information such as your IP address and apply their own privacy practices. PayPal handles payment details; AILWORKS does not receive your full card details. Depending on the transaction, PayPal may show us a donor name, email address, amount and transaction reference. We use these records only to administer support, respond to related inquiries and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements. Support is optional and does not unlock features.
Your choices, security and children
You can revoke device permissions in system settings and request deletion of information you sent us by email. We cannot remotely access or erase data stored only on your device. We use app-private storage, permission controls and HTTPS for supported network connections; no system can guarantee absolute security. The services are general-purpose tools and are not designed to collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child sent to us.
